Support for Every Life Season

Supporting Seniors and
those around them

Embrace Life's Changing Seasons
Every chapter of life is worth living fully. At Life Seasons, our counselling and therapy supports ensure that seniors feel seen, heard and validated.

We acknowledge that ageing can be a struggle and being cared for can put a strain on valuable relationships. Through confidential counselling, we can help you to unburden frustrations, share concerns and 'spill the tea' on issues you find difficult to share with those around you.

We also acknowledge that being a carer can also be tough. Supporting loved ones as they transition through life's later stages can be immensely challenging and can place a strain on the best of relationships. We are here to provide compassionate, understanding and empathetic support to keep your relationships intact and get you through those tough times.

We are dedicated to helping seniors navigate life transitions with dignity and grace, whilst walking alongside those who support them through the most difficult of times.

Whether you are seeking a qualified professional through clinical counselling or psychotherapy, or seeking comfort and joy in every day moments through our four-legged empath, we have something for you.

How We Can Help

In or Out of Home
Counselling
The comfort of familiar surroundings can make all the difference.
Our In-Home Counselling service brings professional, compassionate support directly to you. Whether mobility, health, or convenience are factors, sessions are delivered in the privacy and comfort of your own home or place of your choosing.

Counselling for Families,
Carers & Supports
Supporting a loved one can be deeply rewarding - and at times, overwhelming. Our Family and Carer Counselling provides a safe and confidential space to share challenges, strengthen communication, and find balance. We help families and carers navigate emotional stress, set healthy boundaries, and maintain their own wellbeing while supporting others.

Get support from
our Therapy Dogs
Our therapy dogs bring warmth, comfort, and connection to the counselling team. Gentle and intuitive, they help to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and create a calm and safe environment.
Ideal for older adults, or anyone who benefits from the grounding presence of a loyal four-legged companion. We are available to come to you or meet you in public for a short walk or outdoor ‘sit’ together.
Support through life's changing chapters
Hello and Welcome to Life Seasons
We are here for the laughs, the tears, and everything in between. We specialise in providing emotional and mental health support for seniors and their carers. We appreciate that ageing isn’t always graceful, but it can still be full of connection, comfort, and the kind of joy that sneaks up on you.

Our team of warm, down-to-earth Clinical Counsellors and Psychotherapists offer compassionate support for older adults and their families. Whether you’re adjusting to change, navigating loss, or just feeling a bit “stuck,” we provide a safe and trusted space to talk, laugh, reflect, and rediscover meaning.

Seeking something extra, or perhaps you aren't yet comfortable to talk, a visit from our therapy dog can make every visit a little brighter as they bring calm, comfort, and a wagging tail to each session. Together with their handler, they create a warm and friendly space where clients feel at ease, supported, and ready to engage, proving that sometimes a little companionship is often the best kind of therapy.

With a touch of humour and a lot of heart, Life Seasons helps you make sense of life’s transitions - one visit at a time.
It’s never too late to grow, heal, and find peace.
